More and more, governments are embracing digital marketing as an effective means of communicating and connecting with citizens. This course will provide an overview of how digital marking is being used at all levels of government, and students will gain insight into how they can use digital marketing tools and techniques to engage with people across various platforms.

EQDM202—Acquiring Ideal Customers Through Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning, EQDM203—Extracting Meaning and Action from Your Marketing Analytics and EQDM209—Leveraging Mobile to Stay In Touch with Your Market or equivalents are mandatory.
