Description : This module will provide an overview of what digital marketing is and why it's important. You'll learn how digital marketing campaigns can be a cost effective and innovative means of communicating with the public and stakeholders, increasing products and services awareness and enhancing business relationships. A selection of tools available to digital marketers will be reviewed and some of the advantages and risks of using certain tools and technologies will be discussed. You will have an opportunity to explore various social media tools such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and more, and discover how you might use these tools in your own digital marketing campaigns.
