Sales Manager

Eliquo (2002) is Canada’s leading Design & Digital Marketing training company and Adobe’s premiere training partner. We are looking for an experienced sales manager to build a sales team and lead our revenue growth in the US and Canada.

The Inside Sales Team Manager will work out of our Ottawa office and report to the Sales Director.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage sales processes and account management of the sales team
  • Support the development and execution of annual revenue growth strategies
  • Identify opportunity and build sales plans by regions and business sectors
  • Establish and manage sales pipelines
  • Develop and nurture sales strategies
  • Train, coach and improve the sales team on an on-going basis
  • Sales analysis of the team’s activities
  • Work with marketing to manage pre-sales strategies and activities
  • Weekly reporting to the Sales Director

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales management experience
  • 3-5 years of related sales experience in a B2B services industry
  • Exhibits a broad base knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute understanding of business principles and processes
  • Understanding of government and mid-enterprise decision-making processes
  • Strong writing skills and experience in writing sales proposals and responding to tendered opportunities
  • Strong, polished, professional communication skills
  • Well organized and disciplined
  • Team player with unquestioned integrity

Salary & Benefits

  • Excellent pay structure comprised of a front-loaded base salary and commissions with first year earning of 100K+
